The Green Bay Packers and Detroit Lions figure to be competing for the NFC North for quite some time. While Minnesota and Chicago may have bright futures, Green Bay and Detroit figure to have their franchise quarterbacks established going into the 2025 season.
That being said, the two teams may be competing for the same player this off-season.

New Haven OL John Thomas met the Lions at either the FCS Bowl or the Tropical Bowl.Also had brief conversations with the: Packers, Jets, Falcons and 49ers On their radar, but Lions showing most interest.
