The Green Bay Packers saw just how impactful off-season additions can be this past year. Xavier McKinney and Josh Jacobs both had massive impacts on the season and were both acquired via free agency. However, Green Bay has long-lasting tendencies of building through the draft.

Packers Competing With Bears And Eagles For Defensive Star (Report)
According to Easton Butler, who covers all of Green Bay’s official (and unofficial) visits:
The Packers, Bears and Eagles and the Blue Bombers (CFL) all met with Carson-Newman Safety Major Williams at the #HulaBowl. The former Virginia transfer was also the defensive MVP of the game.
