It’s no secret that Wisconsinites, and therefore Packer fans, love their alcohol.

Our tailgates are legendary, every county in the state shuts down during games, and you can find a packer bar in just about any city worldwide.

Plus, we’ve got the data to prove it…

    • Highest excessive drinking rate (24.2%)
    • Drunkest state in America, according to the Drinks Business
    • “Brew City” isn’t a made-up name.
    • And we have maps too…
@asgoeswisconsin Not sure this is what they mean when they say “turn Wisconsin blue” #sconnie #drinkwisconsinbly @drinkwisconsinbly #drinkyouunderthetable ♬ bruh so many famous people used this sound – gaby

So, the NFL didn’t effectively prepare London bars for the Cheesehead invasion seems like a fire able offense for the NFL Public Relations team.

Just one image sums up the pure havoc Packer fans brought to the UK…

If anyone was curious on an update about how many #Packers fans and Wisconsinites are over in London for the game – a friend sent this picture to me and it explained everything. 🤣 pic.twitter.com/Q18Ik0ziKD

For the untrained eye, EVERY SINGLE BEER TAP is covered with a plastic cup to remind bartenders that the tap is empty. Most of the time (at least in Wisconsin), the bartender just taps another keg, but it’s evident that this bar was very unprepared.

What’s more, the text on the image states that this bar ran out of beer in just 1.5 days!

So you’re telling me…a 62,000+ seat stadium, filled with Green Bay Packers fans, is coming to your town. The fans with the highest rate of alcohol-soaked livers. And you don’t double, triple, or even quadruple your beer distributor order a few days before the American invasion?!

No wonder we won the war!
