The Green Bay Packers ended their OTAs on a low note for the offense as Jordan Love and Sean Clifford threw interceptions on the last drill of practice Wednesday. According to Andy Herman with Packer Report, the team finished the day in an 11-on-11 two-minute drill giving all three quarterbacks on their roster a chance to complete a drive. Danny Etling didn’t throw a pick, but he also didn’t lead the offense down the field for a score.
It was a feisty day of practice between the Packers’ offense and defense. Cornerback Jaire Alexander was in a mood Wednesday after reports surfaced he was burned by Christian Watson for a touchdown in Tuesday’s practice. According to Ryan Wood with USA Today, Alexander and Love were “jawing” at each other Wednesday.
Now Jaire Alexander jawing at Jordan Love. Love gives it right back as he steps into the huddle, says he can’t hear a thing. They’ll get a chance to continue that all August.

Alexander was aggressive in stopping completions when thrown by Love to Romeo Doubs or from the Packers’ equipment staff to players. Alexander finished the day getting the last laugh at Love as he intercepted the quarterback’s last practice throw until July’s training camp.
Packers fans respond to Jordan Love and Sean Clifford ending on INTs
The silver lining in practice Wednesday is that the defense looks stout. What’s bad for Love and the offense is good for Alexander and the defense. The heavy compensation will make both units better in the fall. Here are the best takes from Packers fans reacting to Love and Clifford ending with interceptions.
That was rotally a pity pick https://t.co/zIcn3qWsgo

Feels like Love routinely has a good practice and then a head scratching throw at the end https://t.co/L6FsUvdiIe
