NFL: The Green Bay Packers sent shockwaves through their fanbase when they made the decision to undertake a youth movement on their roster. Of course, this meant moving on from future Hall of Famer and four-time NFL MVP Aaron Rodgers in favor of 2020 NFL First Round Draft Pick Jordan Love. It also meant moving on from other older fan favorites.

Randall Cobb was not re-signed, and he instead followed Rodgers to the New York Jets. Tight ends Robert Tonyan and Marcedes Lewis have both signed with the Packers’ arch rival, the Chicago Bears. One player that remains unsigned, however, is Mason Crosby.

As teams are in the early stages of their training camp battles, Crosby needs to find a way to remind NFL teams that he still has what it takes to be a kicker in the league. Since he is not in any camps, he is posting some very impressive videos on Instagram.

Crosby is the Packers’ all-time leading scorer, but is losing some power on his kickoffs. However, several teams, namely the Dallas Cowboys, are not seeing great things from their kickers in camp. In order to remind teams that he still has some gas left in the tank, Crosby posted the following videos on Instagram:

In this video, Crosby drills a 55-yard field goal on a high school field with, according to him, eight-to-ten mile per hour wind going against him.

This video shows Crosby training in Nashville and still deadly accurate on those twenty-thirty yard kicks.

It will be interesting to see whether or not Crosby gets a chance with a team this season. As he has proven in these videos, he still can be an effective NFL kicker.
