Green Bay Packers alumni often spend their days in retirement continuing to give back to the community. On Saturday, July 15, former players Gilbert Brown, Brandon Bostick, George Teague, and Charles Jordan competed in a celebrity softball game against Chicago sports legends Mike Singletary, Andre Dawson, and Mitch Williams to benefit The Boys and Girls Club of America.

Green Bay Packers legends and Chicago Sports heroes come together to benefit The Boys and Girls Club of America
The celebrity softball game drew hundreds of Packers and Chicago sports fans to Rivets Stadium in Rockford, Illinois. Fans were treated to a fun competition that saw the Packers and their softball teammates put up 31 runs in an easy defeat of the Chicago sports heroes.
Former Packers tight end Brandon Bostick had multiple hits and flew around the basepaths with speed and athleticism that showed why he was a NFL player to begin with.
Since retiring from the NFL, Bostick started Sage Elite Healing, which is dedicated to helping people heal from physical, mental, and emotional trauma using a variety of approaches. Per their website:

Gilbert Brown, of course, started his Gilbert Brown Foundation that works with over 150 children’s charities in Wisconsin. This game was just one more opportunity for him to keep living his passion, which is helping inspire and make the lives of children better.
George Teague and Charles Jordan are frequent attendees at charity events organized by Mayfield Sports Marketing.
Most importantly, the Packers alumni were able to help raise thousands of dollars to benefit The Boys and Girls Club of America.
