The Green Bay Packers, a year ago, were eliminated from playoff contention by division rival, the Detroit Lions Lambeau Field. Nearly a year later, the Packers, under a new quarterback, faced almost the exact same circumstances except that the opponent would be another division rival, the Chicago Bears, one of the National Football League’s oldest rivalries. This time the Packers won and clinched their spot in the NFC Playoffs where they will play the Dallas Cowboys in Dallas on Super Wild Card weekend.
Amazingly in one stat, the Jordan Love era was able to completely able to go from last to first. In 2022, the Packers ranked 32nd in goal to go offense. This season, the Packers offense has ranked 1st with much younger personnel who are still building their chemistry together and learning how to play together.

This started three years ago after Love was drafted. He sat for two years serving behind Aaron Rodgers learning from him and picking up things from the Packers legend and future Hall-of-Famer. Once he took over the reins, Love has been focusing on doing things his own way; playing a fun brand of football as well as making sure to be the leader that Rodgers failed to be toward his receivers.
When Rodgers left to join the New York Jets, some of his more trusted wide receivers joined him there (Allen Lazard and Randall Cobb as well as a few Packers defensive players). This allowed the Packers to have virtually all new recievers at the same time as their new quarterback would begin to start.
The Green Bay Packers, Led by Love, Will Continue To Improve And Eventually Become The Packers Of The Past.
As the Packers move into the Love era, one thing is certain; the Packers know how to hit on their quarterbacks. First, Brett Favre, then Aaron Rodgers and now it seems like another 10-15 years of Jordan Love will be in store for Packers fans. It would not be a shock if the Packers upset the Cowboys this weekend and proceed make a deeper playoff run than the analysts expect. With the best goal to go offense, the Packers be bringing an important factor to the playoffs in terms of what is needed to win.
