New York Jets fans stormed social media Sunday to beg for Zach Wilson to be benched in favor of another quarterback. Some Jets fans want a former Green Bay Packers quarterback to be the starter in Week 3 against the New England Patriots.
The Jets offense struggled against an elite Dallas Cowboys offense in Week 2, scoring just ten points in Wilson’s first start after Aaron Rodgers was placed on injured reserve last week with an Achilles injury.

Wilson was especially bad. He finished the game going 12/27 for 170 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. It was a rough performance for the quarterback, who was bad enough in his first two seasons the team made a risky trade for Rodgers this offseason.
Head coach Robert Saleh said Wilson earned the starting job this season after Rodgers’ injury. However, the Jets might have no choice but to start another quarterback if Wilson continues to play as badly as he did in Week 2. The team has invested too much into this team.

Totally agree. No offense to the guy, but he's just not it, he not. He has shown that, over and over and over again. When so the Jets stop the bleeding? Dear God, when? Probably l, when it's too late. I'd rather see Tim Boyle in there.
