    The Milwaukee Bucks, who defeated the Brooklyn Nets on Thursday night will look to keep their winning streak alive tonight against the Oklahoma City Thunder at Fiserv Forum.  This will be the first time these two opponents matchup this season.

    Injury designations for tonight’s game include Khris Middleton, who is listed as probable and will likely make his return after sitting on the bench with an ankle injury for the past dozen games.  Giannis Antetokounmpo is also listed as probable with a hamstring injury.  The Thunder do not have any injury designations heading into the contest.

    The spread for tonight’s matchup is set at 2.5 points in favor of Milwaukee.  The Bucks have struggled to cover the spread this season with a 31-39 record, but have dominated at home going 28-7 so far this season at Fiserv Forum.  They have also won 3 of their last 4 games.  Oklahoma City, who is one of the best teams in the Western Conference have gone 21-13 on the road while covering 40 of 69 spreads this season.

    The total points line is set at 226.5.  Both teams are top 5 amongst the NBA in team point per game and average the same number of points in 120.7.  In their last 3 games, Milwaukee is averaging 124.7 points and Oklahoma City is not far behind with a 120-point average.  There is value in tonight’s contest going over the total points line of 226.5 considering the high point totals for both sides this season.

    Giannis Antetokounmpo, who is producing another MVP level season in 2024 is favored to reach is points line tonight.  Antetokounmpo has hit this line in 4 of his last 5 games and in the last matchup versus Oklahoma City throughout his career, he dropped 39 points and shot 13-19 from the field.

    Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Over 37.5 Points + Assists (-125 on FanDuel Sportsbook)

    Another star in tonight’s matchup who is playing on an MVP level is Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.  Alexander is averaging 30.8 points, 5.6 rebounds and 6.4 assists this season leading the Thunder to the top seed in the Western Conference so far.  Milwaukee has struggled to defend high level point guards giving up an average of 29.3 points and 10.2 assists in their last 7 games.  There is value in Alexander going over his combined points and assists line.

    Chet Holmgren, who is averaging 17.1 points and 8 rebounds in his rookie season is favored to go over his points line once again tonight.  Holmgren is on a hot streak in his last few games averaging 25 points in his last 3 games.  He will most likely be guarded by Brook Lopez tonight, who plays drop coverage and allows big men to shoot from the perimeter.  Holmgren has also hit at least 2 three pointers in 4 of his last 5 games.

    Coverage for tonight’s contest will begin at 7:00 PM Eastern time streaming live on NBA TV.
