Pat Connaughton knows a thing or two about getting hit in the face. This is exactly why fans were not surprised that the Milwaukee Bucks shooting guard got bloodied up yet again after being on the receiving end of a pretty violent hit against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

It wasn’t a pretty sight seeing blood drip off Connaughton’s face but the truth is, this is something NBA fans have grown accustomed to.

It did not take long for Connaughton to get himself bloodied up in this one. He started the game amid injury absences to Damian Lillard and Khris Middleton, but Connaughton wasn’t even able to finish the first quarter without having to head to the locker room to get himself checked.

To be fair, it wasn’t his fault. Timberwolves forward Kyle Anderson ended up whacking him on the head after knocking the ball away from Connaughton’s hands:

The Bucks were forced to call a 30-second timeout to get Connaughton checked after the referees opted not to call a foul on the play. With his face dripping with blood, the 31-year-old had to be taken to the locker room.

In true Pat Connaughton fashion, however, the 6-foot-5 guard quickly returned to the game after getting himself patched up.

This turn of events has drawn a ton of reactions from the mean streets of Twitter. One fan, in particular, pointed out that Connaughton is the Michael Jordan of the NBA when it comes to getting smashed in the face:
