Former Milwaukee Bucks guard Donte DiVincenzo made all sorts of headlines on Tuesday night after featuring prominently in the New York Knicks’ Game 5 victory over the Indiana Pacers. The showdown turned out to be a blowout in favor of the Knicks, who now have a 3-2 series lead over Indiana.
For his part, DiVincenzo was involved in some of the extracurricular action throughout the testy encounter. This prompted a savage post-game message from the former Bucks champ as he called out the Pacers’ fake tough guy image.
Knicks-Pacers Game 5 Gets Chippy
DiVincenzo found himself hitting the deck early in the game after a brutal screen from Pacers big man Isaiah Jackson, who was called for an offensive foul on the play. That moment instantly sparked a heated confrontation between players on both sides:

DiVincenzo then got into it with Indiana veteran TJ McConnell later in the game, which apparently, involved some NSFW language as well:
TJ McConnell tries to draw a foul on Donte DiVincenzo and instead is called for an offensive foul for an unnatural basketball play. DiVincenzo then spends the entire walk up the court trash talking McConnell to the fans.

The biggest altercation of the evening, however, came when DiVincenzo and Myles Turner came face to face after getting tangled up. Turner clearly wasn’t happy about the Knicks guard calling him a “b**ch”:

After the intense battle, DiVincenzo had some choice words for their opponents. According to the 27-year-old, he’s not buying Indiana’s tough guy facade at all:
“They were trying to be tough guys,” he said. “That’s not their identity… Nobody’s gonna fight in the NBA. Take the foul, keep it moving. You’re not a tough guy, just keep it moving.”
