Every September, 2K sports releases their newest NBA video game, this year being NBA 2K24.
The full ratings that have dropped this afternoon, are typically evaluations of how good that player is in their current form, and is a marker for how effective they are in the video game as well.
With that out of the way, let’s dive into what 2K has to say about this Bucks team.
Pretty fair ratings across the board, but man Grayson is low:
Giannis, as you might have already knew, is a 96 overall. Holiday got an 87, Khris an 85, Brook an 84, Portis an 82, and Grayson a 75.
Outside of maybe a Middleton versus Holiday debate or a 2 point swing either way for Lopez, I don’t see many flaws in these ratings really.
I would maybe debate Grayson’s rating, off the basis that he’s a consistent near 40 percent from three point land on double digit points a game, for several seasons now.
Yes he’s pretty much just a spot up and shoot guy, but 75 just seems low. I was expecting at least a 78 or so, but it’s really not the worst thing in the world.
Overall I really like the ratings for the Bucks players this year, no serious complaints here.
It also worth noting that the Bucks having 5 players over 82 makes them one of the premier teams to use in the upcoming game. The game releases Friday September 8th, and you can get it here.
