To say that the Milwaukee Bucks were disappointing on Monday night against the Utah Jazz would be a massive understatement. Not only did the Bucks lose their fourth out of the last five games, but the manner in which they suffered defeat was even more embarrassing.
After going down by as much as 33 points, Milwaukee ended up losing, 132-116.
Fans Boo Milwaukee Bucks at Home
The home fans at the Fiserv Forum weren’t at all pleased by their team’s performance on the evening. So much so, that they started booing the Bucks as early as the second quarter:
And there are audible boos here at Fiserv Forum after that defensive possession.
Lauri Markkanen missed two 3-pointers and the Jazz grabbed the offensive rebound on both. And Kelly Olynyk laid in an easy two on the second one.
Jazz up, 60-34, with 5:01 left in the first half.

Lauri Markkanen led the charge for the Jazz in this one, finishing with 21 points, 14 rebounds, two assists, a steal, a block, and zero turnovers in 32 minutes of action. The All-Star big man also drained four triples against an atrocious Milwaukee defense.
Giannis Antetokounmpo Reacts
After the game, Giannis Antetokounmpo was asked to share his thoughts on his own fans booing the team during the game. The former back-to-back MVP got brutally honest in his response:
“I think we have great fans, but around the league, if you don’t play hard and don’t give everything for the team, there are times where you might get booed,” he said, via Eric Nehm of The Athletic “… S**t, I’d boo myself tonight too.”
Needless to say, Giannis wasn’t at all pleased with his or his team’s performance either.
