Former Milwaukee Bucks assistant coach Charles Lee was one of those who were affected by the Khris Middleton trade. The Charlotte Hornets head coach said it is an honor to have worked with the three-time NBA All-Star and that he wouldn’t be where he is today without him.

“I know that I’m a better coach now for working with Khris Middleton. He made the most out of the trade from Detroit and became a champion, and now he’ll either be a champion again or he’ll be a champion in just life from this next journey he has to because I know what type of person he is and the wherewithal he has,” Lee said to Eric Nehm of The Athletic.
“Khris brings so much to the table. As a player, you saw the impact that he would have in games, his relationship with Giannis, their connection…His sacrifice became contagious. Everybody’s gotta be a star in their role, and he did that at the highest level,” he added.

Sims averages 1.7 points and 3.4 rebounds on 60.9 percent shooting from the field in 11.1 minutes per game across 38 appearances (five starts) this season, and he’ll be playing backup behind Giannis Antetokounmpo, Brook Lopez, and Bobby Portis.
Baldwin has played sparingly for the Washington Wizards this season. The 22-year-old forward can stretch the floor with his three-point shooting (52.4 percent this year).
