The Milwaukee Brewers finally snapped their losing streak and defeated the Pittsburgh Pirates 5-4 on Friday night. Also on Friday night, the Brewers had Paige Spiranac Bobblehead Night. One of these things made fans very happy, the other had them complaining on social media for most of the night.
For those unfamiliar, Paige Spiranac is a X-Golf spokesperson who has promoted the Brewers’ own X-Golf experience at American Family Field. The team also invited Spiranac to throw out the first pitch prior to the game. To say that Brewers fans were not amused would be an understatement.

Milwaukee Brewers Fans Are Not Happy with Paige Spiranac Bobblehead Night
To say that Brewers fans were upset would be an understatement. Some of their complaints got personal towards Spiranac:
“Nobody that’s a brewers fan cares about X golf. It would be nice if MA spent money on getting this team to a World Series instead of a golf simulation stimulation.”
“Smfh. Where are we heading as a society. Sex sells i guess.”
“Still think they made the wrong part bobble.”
“How can anyone be upset about an ice-cold Brewers team that has a nonzero chance of relocating when we have Paige Spiranac bobblehead night?”
“Yes let’s give a bimbo a bobble before Higuera. Clown organization.”
Do Milwaukee Brewers Fans Have a Right to Be Upset?
Do Brewers fans have a right to be upset at the team’s inconsistent play? Absolutely! It has been an incredibly frustrating season with the same offensive inconsistency that has plagued the team over the past three seasons.
Do Brewers fans have a right to be frustrated with an owner who refuses to put the kind of finances into his team that are required to win? Of course!
Do Brewers fans have a right to be upset over a bobblehead that the organization is GIVING AWAY for FREE? No. No they do not. It is understandable that Paige Spiranac’s content may not be popular with everyone, but how hard is it to say “No, thank you” when offered a FREE bobblehead?
And if a fan was not present at the game, and is still complaining about her bobblehead, why complain? The fact that it is a Paige Spiranac bobblehead does not affect their lives in any way.
This is just an example of people choosing to be angry about something for the sake of being angry.

If Paige Spiranac was great at golf, you wouldn’t have a story. Brewers fans have every right to be annoyed.
Forgive me if I’m wrong, but isn’t this the 1st giveaway that didn’t have anything to do with the Brewer’s baseball team? I thought all giveaways were team related?
