The Green Bay Packers are looking to keep their improbable playoff run alive on Monday Night against the New York Giants. The 6-6 Packers currently hold the seventh and final playoff seed in the NFC.
When the Packers take on the 4-8 Giants on Monday Night, they will once again be without one of their top stars.

Packers cornerback Jaire Alexander has been week-to-week for most of this season due to his back injury. He was limited in practice this week, but the team was unsure if he could play on Monday night. According to a statement by the Packers Sunday, Alexander was downgraded Sunday and has been ruled out against the Giants.
The Packers will be without their best cornerback as the team gets ready to face a rallying Giants team with backup quarterback Tommy DeVito leading the offense.
