After the Green Bay Packers’ 24-10 division-rival loss to the Minnesota Vikings, starting offensive lineman Zach Tom commented, possibly about the coaching staff.

Coaches have a big responsibility to ensure that players are ready to play every week. Although Tom did not say it directly, Head Coach Matt LaFleur commented that he has not had the team prepared to play.
Is The Green Bay Packers Head Coach Losing The Locker Room
The Green Bay Packers have been having a difficult time throughout the entire season. They have appeared disoriented and unprepared on the field. Moreover, some players have blamed the coaching staff for their poor performance. As a result, the fans have come to realize that the current struggles of the Packers cannot be solely attributed to the players.
Sounds like a coaching problem. Maybe we should start coming out with a boom box like the 49ers

“We’ve shown every game this year we can move the ball.”
How could he possibly say this with a straight face?

Locker room is going to get really ugly this year.

How Can This Be Fixed?
It’s unfortunate, but this season is turning out to be a forgettable one for the Packers. The young players need to show more improvement, leaving the fans feeling incredibly frustrated. The offense must find a rhythm, while the defense must get off the field. So, how can things be changed? Some casual fans suggest trading Jordan Love or firing Matt LaFleur, but pointing fingers won’t solve anything. The team needs to reevaluate themselves and focus on making progress and improvements starting from the locker room and during practice.
Most Packers fans anticipated a season full of ups and downs, but it’s beginning to feel like a complete nightmare. The team’s coaches and players still have a chance to identify their strengths, but the clock is ticking fast.
