Green Bay Packers fans had a great first reaction to their new defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley. His first press conference went as well as any fan could have hoped. The philosophy he will bring to Green Bay will be a breath of fresh air compared to what has been there in recent years.

According to Tom Silverstein:
Hafley said the decision to leave Boston College was more about coming to the #Packers organization and working for Matt LaFleur than anything else. He said he also was wowed by the players that GM Brian Gutekunst has been adding. He stressed it was not an easy choice to leave BC

In December 2022, the Packers became the NFL’s all-time winningest franchise with a 28-19 win over the archrival Chicago Bears.
With that victory over the Bears, the Packers earned their 787th victory, breaking a tie with Chicago for the most in NFL history.
Of course, Green Bay and Lambeau Field is on many fans’ bucket list of places to visit, no matter their favorite team. Hafley already seems to be in football heaven driving into Lambeau Field every morning. His love for the city was on full display.
