Jordan Nwora’s future in Milwaukee seemed to be in limbo since the beginning of free agency. Today, the two sides came to an agreement on a 2-year $6.2 million deal first reported by Adrian Wojnarowski.
Milwaukee Bucks forward Jordan Nwora has agreed on a two-year, $6.2 million deal to stay with the Milwaukee Bucks, his agents Mark Bartelstein and George Roussakis of @PrioritySports tell ESPN.

Jordan Nwora has been a serviceable scorer off the bench when his number is called upon. In his sophomore season, Nwora was available for 62 games and started 13 of those games. The starts certainly inflate his numbers averaging 7.9 points, 3.6 rebounds and 1.0 assist.
Nwora’s Season Outlook
For Nwora to achieve the numbers from a season ago, the Bucks would likely have to be decimated by injuries or find themselves in blowouts. Due to the nature of the competitiveness of the eastern conference, the latter doesn’t seem likely.
The deal signed by Nwora is a friendly deal. With a deal done, there is still the possibility that Milwaukee uses the upside of Nwora to sweeten a deal in a trade. A team could likely take a chance on Jordan Nwora given his ability to create his own shot and score.
Nwora Signs on Bucks Media Day
This news comes as the Milwaukee Bucks have their media day today, September 25th. The Bucks opened training camp yesterday, September 24th. The Bucks opened camp a few days before most other teams because they are one of four teams that will be playing games outside of North America. Milwaukee will kick off their preseason campaign on October 1st against the Memphis Grizzles.
