Wisconsin QB Graham Mertz has announced he will enter the NCAA transfer portal. Mertz broke the news on Twitter just a short time ago.

Final Stats Before Graham Mertz Hits NCAA Transfer Portal
The Wisconsin QB enters the transfer portal and ends his Badger career with 5,405 passing yards, 38 touchdowns, and 26 interceptions. Mertz has a career completion percentage of 59.5%. After a promising redshirt freshman season, he struggled in his sophomore year. He had a nice bounce back his junior year. He threw for 2,136 yards and 19 touchdowns this season.
With the addition of Luke Fickell, it was certainly hard to see a spot for Mertz moving forward. Talent was never an issue. The issue was consequently turnovers and footwork. Either way, I wish nothing but the best for Graham Mertz as he enters the NCAA transfer portal. He was a great teammate and a great individual. Once a Badger, always a Badger!
