Immediate Thoughts
I wasn’t surprised to see the Badgers at 10. I believe right now it is the right spot for them. There is too many new players and too many question marks to give them the nod to finish in the top half of the conference.
Minnesota, in a clear last place, was interesting to see. However, I was not shocked. Minnesota is losing a ton of players and talent. This includes All Big Ten player Marcus Carr..
I was surprised to see Illinois as high as it was. While Kofi Cockburn does return, Ayo Dosumnu was the heart and soul of that team and I do believe they will miss him early in the the Big Ten season.

My message to Badger fans is this: be patient. This could be a tough year for the Badgers. However, I do love the youth and potential on this roster.
