Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers had an interesting off-season to say the least. Rodgers’ departure was the nail in the coffin when it comes to the unofficial “youth movement.” In one off-season the Packers became one of the youngest and most inexperienced teams in the NFL.
Quarterback Jordan Love has been at the center of that movement. The fourth-year quarterback sat behind the four-time MVP for three years before being handed the keys this off-season. While the first few games had Packers fans extremely optimistic, expectations have tapered off. Rodgers had some serious comments about any doubters.
Aaron Rodgers Tells Green Bay Packers Fans To Believe In Jordan Love

In his appearance on the Pat McAfee Show, Aaron Rodgers talked about his former team in length.
Packers quarterback Jordan Love has struggled in his last three games as the Packers have lost three in a row to the Detroit Lions, the Las Vegas Raiders, and the Denver Broncos.
According to Rodgers, narratives in the NFL change quickly, explaining how disappointing the narrative surrounding the Packers has been:
“Look at how much the narrative can change from week to week. Look at the narrative that was there about Zach Wilson, about our team, and then we win two games and now Greeny’s saying we can win the division. Nobody was saying that s*** a few weeks ago, a lot of things change.
“Narrative can change so quickly in this league, it’s overreaction Mondays every single week, it’s overreaction for the entire week. Look at what’s going on in New England, I mean Mac Jones and Bill’s gonna be out and Mac’s the problem. Then Mac goes out and balls out, I think he goes 25-of-31, played incredible, led them on a last-second drive and now it’s like Mac was never the problem.”

Rodgers is absolutely right about the weekly narrative in the NFL. There may not be a more “what have you done for me lately” professional sports organization in the United States.
Through six games Love has a 57.5 completion percentage, 1,263 passing yards, 10 touchdowns, seven interceptions, 130 rushing yards, and two touchdowns. Not he most ideal start to a season but certainly enough to believe that he could develop into someone who could lead a franchise. Packers fans need to be patient and let Love develop.
Last but not least, the Packers aren’t ready to give up on Jordan Love. The Green Bay Packers took Rodgers 2-3 years to prove he was “the guy”. There’s no reason to doubt that the Packers will give Love a similar time-frame to prove that he’s “the guy” this time around.

Love is on pace to have the same numbers as Brett Hundley. Bench this guy amd give Clifford a chance. He has the same problems as he did in college without the strengths
Rodgers didn’t take 2 so 3 years to show he was the guy lol. What are you talking about. He made the Pro Bowl his 2nd season as was absolutely Phenomenal including the Playoffs. Then year 3 they won the Dang Superbowl and Rodgers had one the best Playoff Qb runs we have ever seen including winning Superbowl MVP against the #1 D in the NFL that year.
