Noah Daniels in Mock Drafts
According to NFL Mock Draft Database, Daniels is projected to be a third-round pick. His injury history is what likely drops him to the mid-rounds. He was out the entire 2019 season with an injury. Then only played in three full games before suffering a season-ending injury in 2020. In 2021 he had a lingering knee injury that hampered his season. However, his lockdown ability could have teams roll the dice with a higher pick. Below is a list of mock drafts and where they have Daniels going.
- Yardbarker – First round: Eagles
- The Viking Age – Third round: Vikings
- Just Blog Baby – Sixth round: Raiders
Would Noah Daniels Fit on the Packers?
If the Packers could get another lockdown corner opposite Jaire Alexander, Green Bay could have the best secondary for years to come. He has all of the measurables that GM Brian Gutekunst often looks for in a cornerback. Gutekunst loves athletic guys and his ability to play anywhere on the field would be helpful for the Packers.

The injury history brings a lot of risk for a pick like this. He has not been able to play a full college season which is a fraction of the NFL season. Spending draft capital on a player who might not make it through his rookie contract is not ideal. However, there comes a point in the draft where the risk is worth it. If the injury history scares away teams and he slips, Gutekunst might hope the injuries are behind him and his best years are yet to come.
