The Milwaukee Brewers and Tampa Bay Rays game on the last day of April had plenty of drama and fireworks. Tyler Black, top Brewers infield prospect made his MLB debut, but the headline will revolve around how Freddy Peralta, Pat Murphy, and Abner Uribe were all ejected. Peralta and Murphy were tossed during the sixth inning and then Uribe the eighth inning.
Milwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Freddy Peralta was ejected for allegedly intentionally throwing at Tampa Bay Rays batter Jose Siri.
In the sixth inning Brewers pitcher Freddy Peralta was pitching a gem and was on his way to giving his bullpen a much needed break. At the 66 pitch mark Peralta had surrendered just one hit (a solo home run to Jose Siri) and had struck out seven batters.
A plate appearance after Siri hit a home run Peralta beaned him in the leg on a 3-1 count. Home plate umpire Chris Guccione then ejected Peralta and was visibly seen mouthing the words, “You hit him on purpose.” Manager Pat Murphy was shortly ejected after this. No warning was provided.
Freddy Peralta was ABSOLUTELY dealing tonight.
His only blemish was a home run to Jose Siri and that was it.
Chris Guccione now has tossed Peralta after hitting Siri in the leg in a 6-1 game.
Murphy tossed too
Absolutely absurd.

Abner Uribe and Jose Siri were involved in a benches clearing altercation in the eighth inning.
Two innings later Abner Uribe was on the mound for the Brewers. The first batter he faced was Jose Siri. Uribe got Siri out easily on a ground ball, but after the play the two exchanged words, punches were thrown, and then the benches cleared. A former announcement of Uribe’s ejection was never made but he was seen going into the club house.

There was drama between these two clubs a night before.
During the series opener there was some late game drama between the Brewers and Rays. Tampa Bay had a one run lead in the ninth inning, but Milwaukee was threatening as they had the tying run on third base and go-ahead run on second base with just one out.
Jake Bauers then struck out on a wild pitch and his backswing caught the catcher in the mask. Backswing interference was called, Bauers was ruled out, and the runners were not allowed to advance. Murphy was ejected after this sequence.
