The Wisconsin Badgers are in the mix with Penn State, Alabama, Clemson, and Notre Dame for 2026 4-Star interior offensive lineman Tyler Merrill. He will make his commitment announcement tomorrow.
He’s rated as the #84 overall Player and #3 IOL in the ’26 Class. The Cumberland Valley OL received an offer from the Badgers on March 14, 2024.

20 Badger offensive linemen have been drafted into the NFL over the last 20 years. Wisconsin has a pretty good history of developing offensive linemen.
Tyler Merrill Labeled as Camp MVP and Scouting Report
He’s considered one of the top prospects at his position in his class and, unquestionably, one of the hottest recruits in the nation. Merrill was a monster at the Under Armour Next Series in New Jersey, earning Camp MVP honors for the offensive line.
Has immense punch but has elite strength (375 bench) with tremendous footwork and a fantastic first step of athleticism. Also dominant at the point of attack with a 3.8 GPA.
