The Philadelphia Eagles finished the regular season with a 14-3 record and the number two seed in the NFC. This is the second time in three seasons that the Eagles finished in first place in the NFC East. Just two years ago, Philadelphia went to the Super Bowl and lost to the Kansas City Chiefs.
The Philadelphia Eagles will begin their quest for another Super Bowl Title on Sunday, January 12 at 3:30 p.m. CT when they face the Green Bay Packers (11-6). Green Bay is struggling heading into the postseason.
Philadelphia Eagles Fans Excited For Matchup Against the Green Bay Packers
The Eagles fanbase is excited for the matchup against the Packers. These two teams met against each other in Week 1 in Brazil. Philadelphia took down Green Bay in that game 34-29. It will be interesting to see what happens in the rematch. This is what Philadelphia fans said ahead of the matchup:

The Philadelphia Eagles are favored to win this football game over the Green Bay Packers. Philadelphia has looked the better football team for most of the season compared to Green Bay. The biggest question entering this game is the health of Jordan Love and Jalen Hurts.
Also Met In the 2010 Postseason
This is not the first time that the Philadelphia Eagles and the Green Bay Packers will be facing each other in the NFL postseason. Philadelphia was the number three seed in the NFC in 2010 and Green Bay was the sixth seed. The Packers won that game over the Eagles 21-16. That postseason was the last time that Green Bay won the Super Bowl.
Maybe history is bound to repeat itself if the Packers were able to pull off the upset against the Eagles. One of the things that Green Bay will have to do to win on Sunday is slow down Philadelphia’s running back Saquon Barkley. The Packers will need to establish the run with Josh Jacobs to keep the Eagles’ electric offense on the sidelines.
