The Green Bay Packers may be coming off a heart breaking loss to the Minnesota Vikings, but their second half fight provided a “moral victory” of sorts. Running back Josh Jacobs mentioned he felt Green Bay “found out what they could do” against Minnesota.
However, there could be one starter who realistically doesn’t see the field again in 2024.

Jaire Alexander may not be available when the Green Bay Packers begin their post-season run:
The star—but oft-injured—cornerback sustained a knee injury in the Packers’ Oct. 27 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. It was later revealed that Alexander tore the posterior cruciate ligament (PCL), but it’s unknown whether or not it was a full tear or a partial tear.
With the hope that he’d be able to beat the recovery timeline, the Packers never placed him on injured reserve, which would require him to miss at least four games.
This past Sunday’s loss to the Minnesota Vikings marked Alexander’s sixth missed game in a row and that number is expected to grow. When asked whether or not Alexander can return this season, head coach Matt LaFleur said, “Yeah, I don’t know.”
