The Packers lost to the Jets in embarrassing fashion on Sunday. The offense looked completely lost and while the defense put together a nice first half, they imploded in the second half. The special teams even got in on the fun with giving up a blocked punt for a touchdown. After the game, Packers legend John Kuhn had a grim comment about the team.
Packers Legend John Kuhn Has Grim Comment
It’s broken
— John Kuhn (@kuhnj30) October 16, 2022
With two words, John Kuhn sums up how he feels about the team. Many replies questioned him about what part of the team is broken. The comment speaks for itself. The entire team is broken. They can put together good quarters, drives or plays but not a complete game. The offense especially looks totally lost. For years, the offense has looked crisp and clean. While they went through their struggles, there was always confidence they would find their rhythm. It seems that people are starting to doubt that will happen with this team.
Can The Packers Turn It Around?
Obviously yes but the John Kuhn grim comment shows how hard that could be. There is a lot of talent and again, they have good drives. I do think it is going to take a lot more than a slight adjustment though. Major changes are going to need to come to this team. Whether it is a scheme change or trying different players at different positions, the Packers need to do something. Matt LaFleur won’t be fired for this game but it is now time for him to show how good of a coach he is. The adjustments that he makes in the next couple weeks will define this season. Do the Packers make the adjustments and correct course or do they continue the tailspin?
The good news for the Packers is that they have the Commanders next week. This is the perfect opponent to try and get back on track. Packers legend John Kuhn had grim comments after this game. If the Packers struggle against the Commanders next week, it could mean a grim future for the season.

Expectations are always high. I’m a Packers fan, win or lose. LaFluer doesn’t adjust well to personnel changes. Either with major players or staff. I do believe the offense is flat footed without Adams. The play call is not realistic with rookie receivers. The running backs aren’t being properly utilized. Unfortunately, Don Barry isn’t up to par in running the defense. But, LaFluer will NOT fire him, since it seems to be his pattern just like Tom Pettine being left in charge of a failing defense. Identify, adapt and overcome already.
