The Green Bay Packers have made it clear that they’ll be active in the trade market again this off-season. Official reports have indicated that Green Bay is listening to offers for star CB Jaire Alexander. It has also been reported that Green Bay may be interested in trading for Seattle’s star wide receiver DK Metcalf.
That being said, another wide receiver found a new home with a new NFC Squad.

According to NFL Insider Jordan Schultz:
BREAKING: The #49ers are trading WR Deebo Samuel to the #Commanders, multiple sources tell NFLonFOX.
Talks between the #49ers and #Commanders really ramped up in the last 24 hours. Washington wanted to add another weapon alongside Terry McLaurin for Jayden Daniels — with GM Adam Peters having previously been in San Francisco with Deebo.
The #Texans were also in the mix, but Washington was the most aggressive from the get-go.
Deebo Samuel told reporters on Super Bowl Sunday that he and his agent Tory Dandy were granted permission by the Niners to look for trade partners. This happened after the veteran WR spoke with Kyle Shanahan in January about his desire to move on. A deal has now been reached with Washington.
It will be interesting to see if Green Bay finds a way to pull off a trade for DK Metcalf. The asking price for Metcalf might drop given that Samuel was traded for just one fifth round pick.
