Since leaving Milwaukee, Lopez has played for three different NBA teams in three years. His first season post-Milwaukee was spent with the Orlando Magic. That year, he averaged 9.0 points and 3.8 rebounds.

In 2021-22, Lopez spent the year with the Washington Wizards averaging 7.1 points and 3.5 rebounds. Last year, he was with the Cleveland Cavaliers and averaged just 3.1 points and 1.4 rebounds. However, he also played a career-low 8.1 minutes per game.
