Lillard won the award after exploding for 39 points on 14-of-26 shooting. Dame went 11-of-23 from distance, while also adding three rebounds, six assists, and a steal in 28 minutes of action.
The Bucks guard beat out the likes of home-town favorite Tyrese Haliburton (32 points, 10 treys), Jaylen Brown (36 points), and Karl-Anthony Towns (50 points) for the MVP honor.
Lillard led the East to a record-setting victory, 211-186.
