A shorthanded Cleveland Cavaliers side just handed the Milwaukee Bucks what could very well be their worst loss of the season. This is after the Cavs absolutely destroyed the Bucks at the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse, 135-95.
Nope, there are no typos here. The Bucks just really lost by 40 points on the road.
No Giannis for Milwaukee Bucks
Giannis Antetokounmpo was a late scratch for the Bucks in this one. The former back-to-back MVP was not included in the injury report until a couple of hours before the game started. Apparently, Giannis had every intention of playing before his shoulder acted up just moments before tip-off.
Needless to say, the Bucks really, really missed the services of their talisman against a scorching-hot Cavs side.
Bucks Fans React to Beatdown
As you may have guessed, Bucks fans aren’t at all pleased by their team’s dreadful performance in this one. Damian Lillard was the team’s top scorer on Wednesday night, but he went 7-of-20 for 17 points. Khris Middleton scored just two points in 20 minutes after going 1-of-10 from the field, while Malik Beasley wasn’t even able to drain a single 3-pointer throughout the game.
The supporters aired their frustration on the mean streets of Twitter:
Apparently some are blaming this loss on Pat. Maybe Fraudulent Dame should have played better.

This should count as two losses. Embarrassing.

The Bucks now have a couple of days to let this embarrassing loss sink in. They return to action on Saturday against the Detroit Pistons.
