The Milwaukee Bucks pulled off a massive win on Wednesday night after news broke that Giannis Antetokounmpo is now set to miss the remainder of the regular season. The Bucks were in dire need of a win, and that’s exactly what Damian Lillard and Bobby Portis led them to against the Orlando Magic, 117-99.
The victory did not come without a cost, though, with Milwaukee losing yet another player during the game due to injury.
Milwaukee Bucks News: AJ Griffin Diagnosed With Ankle Sprain
Shooting guard AJ Green was forced to exit during the game because of an ankle problem. It was later confirmed that the 24-year-old would not be able to return after being diagnosed with a sprain in his left ankle:
Per Bucks PR, AJ Green (left ankle sprain) will not return to tonight's game.
Green can currently be seen on the bench in jeans.

There have been no updates yet on Green’s status moving forward, but given what we know of this new injury, it would not be a complete surprise if he is forced to miss a couple of games.
The blows just keep coming for the Bucks. Green is no Giannis, but he has emerged as a key rotation player for head coach Doc Rivers. Since the All-Star break, the 6-foot-4 guard has averaged 13.9 minutes off the bench, putting up 4.9 points, 1.4 rebounds, and 1.3 triples per game.
At this point, with Antetokounmpo on the shelf, Milwaukee needs all the warm bodies they can get.
