The Milwaukee Brewers handed the Chicago White Sox their 10th straight loss thanks to a walk-off in extra innings. Willy Adames clutched up on two different occasions as he tied the game in the seventh inning and delivered the walk-off hit in the 10th inning.

Chicago White Sox starting pitcher Garrett Crochet was lights out throughout the first six innings of this game as he gave up just one run, five hits, and struck out eight. He was removed after tossing 103 pitches and his team having a 3-1 lead. The Brewers proceeded to tie the game off of reliever Justin Anderson after a trio of walks from Brice Turang, William Contreras, and Christian Yelich loaded the bases. With two outs Willy Adames then tied the game with a RBI single.

The Milwaukee Brewers won by a score of 4-3 thanks to a walk-off hit from Willy Adames.

In the 10th inning the White Sox started off by intentionally walking Christian Yelich. Yelich and William Contreras (automatic base runner at second base) then advanced 90 feet off a wild pitch. On a two strike count Willy Adames then proceeded to end the game with an infield single.

The Chicago White Sox have now lost 10 consecutive games.

Already owning a league worst 15-44 record the White Sox also are losers of 10 straight games. They have been outscored 63-28 during this stretch and have been swept by the Baltimore Orioles and Toronto Blue Jays. If their losing streak reaches 11 games the Milwaukee Brewers will join that list as well.
