Milwaukee Brewers top prospect Jackson Chourio has reportedly agreed to a historic $82 million contract. This deal will make him the highest paid player ever to ink an extension before making his Major League debut. Rumors have been swirling all week about this deal, which still has not been officially announced by the Brewers or Jackson Chourio, but he was spotted court side at a Milwaukee Bucks game and took a moment to talk about the contract.
Amidst historic contract extension talks Milwaukee Brewers top prospect Jackson Chourio was spotted at a Milwaukee Bucks game.
Jackson Chourio, who turns 20 years old next spring, posted a picture of him court side at the Bucks game. This was on his Instagram. Die hard fans on X (formerly Twitter) also recognized him and pointed him out on television.

Not to be too weird but…. Jackson Chourio appears to be chilling right behind the Bucks bench in a blue jersey.

While taking in the Bucks game Jackson Chourio did give a statement to former baseball writer and now occasional contributor for ForbesSports Andrew Wagner. In the past Jackson Chourio utilized a translator when speaking with the media. Andrew Wagner reportedly talked with both Jackson Chourio and his agent regarding the potential deal.
Just talked to #Brewers top prospect Jackson Chourio & his agent, Cesar Suarez. They couldn’t confirm an imminent deal but didn’t dispute what’s been reported so far. As for potentially signing an historic contract so early in his career, here’s what Chourio had to say: pic.twitter.com/CcAt02Drti

Hopefully while at the Bucks game Jackson Chourio took the time to talk with Giannis Antetokounmpo regarding the city and being a star in Milwaukee. Giannis has signed multiple extensions throughout his basketball career and Jackson Chourio won’t even be 30 years old before his deal expires, so it’s possible that he could sign more than one contract with the Brewers throughout his playing career.
