Milwaukee Brewers fans had to deal with flooding heading to the American Family Field but it was all worth it as they were gifted with yet another gritty win over an ultra expensive squad.

Just when all hopes were washed away, the team came back from the jaws of hell to finish the job and sweep the visiting New York Mets.
The visitors were able to take a comfortable 5-0 lead heading into a fourth inning but then the Brewers decided it is time to play.
William Contreras started everything at the bottom of the fourth inning with a solo home. Joey Ortiz added a pair shortly after. Mets’ lead is dwindling, 5-3.
Mets appeared to have gotten their mojo back when they recorded a run in the fifth inning but they just cannot shake the Brew Crew off. Contreras and Ortiz scored one each before Isaac Collins made a walk-off solo home run at the bottom of the ninth inning to steal the 7-6 victory.

Mets got swept. Brewers recorded another series win and they are now on their ninth game winning streak.
Pat Murphy’s squad currently seat at the top of the standings with a five-game advantage over the second best team which is the Philadelphia Eagles.
They are also six games above the Chicago Cubs in the National League Central Division.
Milwaukee Brewers fans thank Bob Uecker for the run
The Brewers community entered the 2025 season with the tragic news of beloved broadcaster Bob Uecker.
Uecker as seen as some kind of guardian angel for Milwaukee baseball and fans are now rightfully crediting him for this incredible run they are having. Things would have been more epic if only the Brewers were wearing the special Bob Uecker jersey on that night.
While some playfully say that there’s some kind of black magic behind this domination, that the Brewers had a deal with the devil, fans are trying to flip it by saying that it was all Uecker doing his part in heaven.
My theory is that heaven is real and when Ueck got there he asked God to let the Brewers finally win one, that’s the only explanation
I fucking love this baseball team

Nobody made a deal with the devil.
Uecker made a deal with GOD.

The #Brewers really do have some Angels in the Outfield shit going on.

Some also say that Uecker of all people should be the one seeing this remarkable feat by the team he served for decades.
It’s a shame that Bob Uecker isn’t here behind the microphone to narrate this #Brewers season.
If anyone deserves to see this — it’s Ueck.

Brewers…just speechless at this point
Keep thinking about Uecker after every one of these improbable wins
Wish he was calling and watching these games with us
But, I know he’s watching somewhere
