On the year, Marquette has a 6-1 record and Wisconsin has a 5-2 record. On paper, it feels like a total mismatch between the Golden Eagles and the Badgers, but anything can go in a rivalry game. The Marquette Golden Eagles are coached by Shaka Smart and the Wisconsin Badgers are coached by Greg Gard.

The Marquette Golden Eagles are Better than the Wisconsin Badgers and Should Win This Game
Marquette has a deeper basketball team than Wisconsin does. This is a game that the Golden Eagles need to take care of. The longer that the Badgers are in this game, the longer they believe they can pull off the upset. The Marquette Golden Eagles can’t afford to have an early season slip-up with so many games to go this season.
The Badgers need all of the confidence they can gain. Marquette should win this basketball game over Wisconsin by double digits. The Golden Eagles’ defense will swarm the Badgers’ offense and expect this to be like a 60-45 win for the Marquette Golden Eagles over the Wisconsin Badgers.

foot tall Stephen Crowl hits 40 percent of his 3-pointers. Chicly Hepburn can come into the game off the bench and score 9 the the bench points in a row to win a game.
Every player on Wisconsin’s roster can score 12 to 14 points. Considering Wisconsin will win by 14 points. Count on it!
