The Green Bay Packers defense was outmatched by the Atlanta Falcons offense in Week 2. Many Packers fans on social media wanted defensive coordinator Joe Barry fired after the performance. The Falcons rushing attack was on full display during their 25-24 win over the Packers.
The Falcons ran for 211 yards. Rookie Bijan Robinson added 124 yards on the ground. The Falcons also had 237 yards passing.
Head coach Matt LaFleur was unhappy following the defeat. He admitted the Falcons shredded the Packers’ run defense Sunday.
Many Packers fans wanted Barry gone after last season. The Packers’ defense looked amazing against the run one week ago. However, the Packers had to learn in Week 2 that not every game was going to be as easy as the Chicago Bears.

Joe Barry still being the defensive coordinator of the Packers is incredible

Joe Barry has got to go!

Yes, we’re a young team. Yes, there will be growing pains but neither of those cost us the game today. We lost this afternoon because of bad habits we fall back into. That’s the cycle we need to break.
Also, still fire Joe Barry. #Packers

I hate joe Barry but he had nothing to do with the 11 yds of offense in the 4th

They’re decent but Joe Barry blew the game for Green Bay.
