Head coach Matt LaFleur gave an update on Thursday morning, stating that while most starters will play in the final preseason game against the Seattle Seahawks on Saturday, Rashan Gary will not be playing. Gary came back to practice this week, taking it day to day after tearing his ACL last season.

The return of Gary is a massive boost to the Packers’ defense, which struggled to rush the passer when he was injured. Rashan aims to start in Week 1 against the Chicago Bears with full force in 2023.
