The Green Bay Packers’ 2022 off-season has been one for the record books. Trades, free agent acquisitions, record breaking extensions, and so much more. Jordan Love has found himself in an extremely unique position. After Aaron Rodgers signed his three year, $150M extension, Jordan Love became an immediate trade candidate. While the Packers’ front office has not said they are willing to trade him, they have also said that his future isn’t clear. With all of that being said, Jordan Love still isn’t backing down from the opportunity to one day be “the guy” in Green Bay. David Bakhtiari posted a new off-season program that Love is joining:

What does this mean for Jordan Love?
Jordan Love has been given an opportunity like none other to learn from Aaron Rodgers. The only thing standing in Love’s way is Rodgers’ MVP level of play. The more I look into this, the more it is comparable to the Tom Brady -Jimmy Garoppolo situation. How did that situation turn out? Garoppolo was eventually traded to San Francisco and made an appearance in Super Bowl 54. Though he has dealt with injuries and competing with Trey Lance, Garoppolo was given the chance to led a franchise and filled in quite well. Jordan Love is doing everything he can to possibly be “the guy” in Green Bay one day. Even if that isn’t for a few more years.
