The Milwaukee Brewers just can’t catch a break.
They already started the season fractured in their pitching department and now, they have to deal with the succeeding games hurting even more as Aaron Civale was placed on the 15-day injured list after suffering a strained left hamstring.

Civale suffered the injury during the series with the New York Yankees where they did not win one in three games.
The Brewers’ rotation already doesn’t have Brandon Woodruff, Tobias Myers, Jose Quintana, and DL Hall.
Manager Pat Murphy can’t hide his frustration on this development.
“We’re in a real decimated spot and we’ve another great team, a playoff team, coming in,” he said on Monday.

The team already played the Kansas City Royals and lost the opening game of the series in the most terrible fashion.
Pat Murphy of how Milwaukee Brewers feel about their struggle
Fans do not feel great right now so are the players.
“They’re hurting as bad as anyone who loves the Brewers is hurting,” Murphy said about the mood in the team on their early struggles.

He also admitted that they haven’t been playing to their potential.
“We haven’t been competitive in [the last] three games. We haven’t been close from the start,” he said.
“But it’s not for a lack of effort. These guys care as much as anybody.”
The Brewers will continue their series with the Royals tomorrow and will wrap it up on Wednesday.
