Baseball America, one of the very best hubs out there for information on prospects, have officially released their updated top 100 rankings. In a move that was surely 100 percent intentional, the Cincinnati Reds waited until after their three-game set against the Milwaukee Brewers to promote their top prospect, Elly De La Cruz.
