There may be an end to Aaron Rodgers’ wait for a new team soon. In the wake of the New York Jets announcing that they won’t be retaining the four-time MVP quarterback, a handful of teams have expressed interest in signing him. Rodgers has made sure to take his time in choosing a new team, however, that decision may be clear now.
BREAKING: Aaron Rodgers Meets Potential New Coach In Person Today

Gerry Dulac of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports that Aaron Rodgers will meet with the Pittsburgh Steelers on Friday:
BREAKING: Aaron Rodgers is at the Steelers facility today, an indication a deal with the team could be forthcoming, per sources.

Ari Meirov explained how head coach Mike Tomlin has advocated this move:
Steelers HC Mike Tomlin has been the strongest advocate for bringing Aaron Rodgers to Pittsburgh. He wants it to happen. With Rodgers in the building, a deal could come to fruition.

It is impossible to tell for certain, but Rodgers meeting with the Steelers could hint that he will sign with the team in 2025. All off-season long the Pittsburgh Steelers, New York Giants, and Minnesota Vikings have been the three teams most linked to the 41-year-old quarterback.
With the legal tampering period opening on March 10, Pittsburgh is well positioned to land Rodgers. With the Minnesota Vikings seemingly out of the picture for now, the Steelers offer the four-time MVP his best chance to compete for a Super Bowl at the end of his storied career.
