The Wisconsin Badgers will be hosting the Washington Huskies on Tuesday night in college basketball with tip-off scheduled for 8 p.m. CT. The Badgers this season have a 21-6 overall record and an 11-5 record in BIG10 Conference play.

Wisconsin is currently the third seed in the BIG10 Conference. Only the Michigan Wolverines and the Michigan State Spartans are ahead of them in the standings. It will be interesting to see what the seedings will be when the regular season ends.
Wisconsin Badgers Fans React To Staying Number 11 In AP Poll

On Saturday, the Badgers lost a surprising home game to the Oregon Ducks by a final score of 77-73. It seemed like a surprise that Wisconsin did not drop in the rankings. Oregon was an unranked team for that matchup. This is what some of the Wisconsin Badgers fans had to say about being ranked #11 in the country:
pretty shocked we didn’t move down at all but we take those

Committee knows a gut check loss when they see one

Got lucky many of the teams closely behind also lost

Badgers were extremely lucky. They will fall big time if they lose their next three games. Greg Gard teams are capable to lose to anybody anytime.

Hopefully we’ll look back on Saturday as a good loss to work harder.

For now, the Wisconsin Badgers will be a very high seed in the 2025 NCAA Tournament. Wisconsin will have a big week this week and also have huge games the following week before the BIG10 Tournament begins.
Face Michigan State Spartans This Weekend

Assuming that the Badgers win against the Washington Huskies on Tuesday night at home, Wisconsin will have a big game on the road on Sunday, March 2 against the Michigan State Spartans in East Lansing, Michigan. Michigan State is 22-5 this season and they are 13-5 in league play. A win against the Spartans on the road could help the Badgers inch closer to a number two seed.
March is a tough time to face a Tom Izzo-coached team. No matter the circumstances at this time of year, the Wisconsin Badgers need to get better with every game to get ready for the 2025 NCAA Tournament.
