Aaron Rodgers has always had a reputation for being among the most cerebral players in the NFL. He knows what everyone on his team is doing at all times, and it often seems like he knows what everyone in the stadium is doing at all times. Appearing on Barstool Sports’ Bussin’ With the Boys podcast, Packers head coach Matt LaFleur told an incredible story about Aaron Rodgers’ ability to multi-task on the football field:
Matt LaFleur talks about Aaron Rodgers cussing him out after calling an unnecessary time out
“It was a good lesson for me to just trust that this guy will get the job done”

As fans, we have all felt exactly what Coach LaFleur is describing. Rodgers takes the play clock all the way down to gather as much information as he can, while we collectively yell at our TVs thinking there is no way he will get the play off in time. Of course, he almost always does.
LaFleur and Bisaccia at it Again
You can watch the entire episode here. Packers Special Teams Coach Rich Bisaccia also joins the show later on. Him and Matt LaFleur continued to heap praise on each other, as Rich did to Matt on Barstool’s Pardon My Take podcast a few weeks ago. The relationship between LaFleur and Bisaccia seems like quite a good one early in camp. Bussin’ With The Boys host and former NFL linebacker Will Compton also offered his services on special teams or as a reserve linebacker, should the Packers need a body. Compton and LaFleur spent time together in Washington, and most recently Compton was a member of Bisaccia’s Las Vegas Raiders.
