Milwaukee Bucks and Miami Heat Contest On TNT Went Off Air To Switch To the Boston Celtics and Los Angeles Lakers

“Jimmy Butler wasn’t the only one to have some travel troubles this week. Winter weather in New Orleans has thrown off the Milwaukee Bucks’ schedule, causing their Wednesday game against the Pelicans to be postponed. As a result, Thursday’s game against the Miami Heat will now start at 8:30 p.m. ET instead of the originally planned 7:30 p.m. ET. Talk about a weather delay that’s throwing everything off!
The scheduling changes meant the network had to shift its pregame show from 7:00 pm to 7:30 pm and extend it by an hour. But hey, no worries! Shaquille O’Neal, Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith, and Ernie Johnson on Inside the NBA had no problem filling the extra time. They kicked things off by revealing the All-Star starters, which gave them plenty to discuss.
The scheduling adjustments led to a bit of a scramble. The Celtics-Lakers game, originally set for a 10:30 pm tip-off, got bumped to truTV as the Heat-Bucks game ran long. Once the Heat-Bucks game wrapped up, the Celtics-Lakers matchup shifted over to TNT.”
During the extra hour, it was announced that Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo would be starting the All-Star game once again for the Eastern Conference. Antetokounmpo has been one of the best players in the NBA this season. There is a chance that Damian Lillard could make the All-Star game as a reserve for the Eastern Conference.

If I had a nickel for everytime tnt replaced a blowout game against the Heat with a different game. I would have two nickels. Which isn’t a lot but isn’t it weird that it happened twice?

Bucks crushing teams doesn’t fit the “giannis leaving Milwaukee” narrative

Had the Heat and the Bucks started at their normal 6:30 p.m. CT, this TNT story would be a non-story on this Friday morning. However, the Bucks fans have a right to complain about the game being switched in favor of the Los Angeles Lakers and the Boston Celtics before the game went final on Thursday night against the Miami Heat.
