The Detroit Pistons trailed 111-108 in the final minute of the fourth quarter against the Milwaukee Bucks. Marcus Sasser hit the game-tying three-point shot with 27 seconds remaining in regulation. Ronald Holland II was fouled with one second remaining in regulation for the Pistons.
He missed both foul shots and the game went to overtime instead. Because it went to overtime, the Milwaukee Bucks came out on top over the Detroit Pistons 127-120 in overtime. The Pistons fans were able to witness Giannis Antetokounmpo scoring 59 points against them on Wednesday night.
Detroit Pistons Stats Against the Milwaukee Bucks
Cade Cunningham was the star in this game for the Pistons. He scored 35 points, grabbed seven rebounds, recorded 11 assists, blocked three shots, and recorded two steals. Cunningham is the best player on the Pistons this season.
Malik Beasley returned to Milwaukee for the first time as a member of the Pistons. He was the second-leading scorer for the team with 26 points, 10 rebounds, and four assists. Beasley was not re-signed in the offseason by Milwaukee.
Ronald Holland II and Marcus Sasser each scored 11 points for the Pistons and Tobias Harris also added 10 points for Detroit. They fell to 5-8 on the season with the loss but they have been showing signs of improvement this season under head coach J.B. Bickerstaff. The Bucks improved to 4-8 on the season with the win.

The fans are happy with the improvement, but they are not happy about that they should have won the game against the Bucks. It will be interesting to see how the Pistons bounce back in the next game they play against the Toronto Raptors on Friday night.
