Jace Arnold is a four-star, five-foot-ten, 168-pound cornerback from Marietta, Georgia where he plays for Marietta High School. Arnold committed to playing for Wisconsin on June 22nd. Arnold is the second cornerback commit for the 2023 recruiting class, joining AJ Tisdell of College Station, Texas. What a job Paul Chryst has done going into SEC territory and taking one of the best athletes out of the peach state. He fought off Georgia, Georgia Tech, Florida, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Tennessee, and more to land the talented corner.
From watching his film, I can tell Arnold will make an impact on special teams because of his ability to return kicks and punts. On defense, he does a great job in man and press coverages locking down his receiver. Arnold is not afraid to come up in run support and smack you in the mouth either. He’s a hard-nosed guy who will light you up. I can’t wait to see him play for Wisconsin.
