The Green Bay Packers will likely address the pass rush position once again this off-season. With the loss of Preston Smith and lack of true star production at the position, Green Bay finds themselves in the middle of an off-season that happens to have numerous defensive ends likely on the move. Players like Maxx Crosby, Myles Garrett, and Khalil Mack have all been linked to Green Bay in one way or another.
However, there is another name out there who could make just as much of an impact.

This offseason, Green Bay Packers head coach Brian Gutekunst will have numerous options. There is some cap space to be utilized, as well as a few areas they need to improve:
One of those needs will be adding to their pass rush. While the Packers saw major defensive improvement under defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley in his first year with the team, they could use more help off the edge.
With that being said, there are a lot of potential options for Green Bay to consider during the NFL offseason.
Could the Packers consider trying to steal a key piece away from the Philadelphia Eagles that helped lead the team’s impressive Super Bowl run?
Rucker Haringey of FanSided has named defensive end Josh Sweat as a “dream” free agency target for Green Bay. He thinks that the addition of Sweat would help the Packers contend for a Super Bowl in 2025.
