Packers fans weren’t happy with the first half
The Green Bay Packers had a dismal performance all around in the first half. The defense gave up two touchdowns to the Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins and wide receiver Justin Jefferson. The Packers’ defense gave the Vikings pretty much whatever they wanted. Packers fans on social media were not impressed by the action.
The Packers’ offense, plagued by injuries, couldn’t get much traction. Aaron Rodgers and the Packers offense lost momentum on the first drive when rookie wide receiver Christian Watson dropped a wide-open pass that would have been a touchdown. The Packers went into halftime being shut out 17-0 by the Vikings.
Packers fans took to Twitter to express complaints about the team’s showing. Here were the best reactions.
This was sooooooo painful to watch irl

I speak for all Packers fans when I say we need to trade Rodgers. He’s an old stat padder who isn’t good anymore. We should trade him for a real quarterback like Ryan Tannehill.

Yea I know we don’t generally play well in the first game but geez Matt and the whole coaching staff getting out coached by rookie head coach is just embarrassing.

Maybe we shouldnt have rested our starters…

Clearly this team gets outcoached every year. LaFleur may not be a bad fit in Green Bay but he's got no guts. Sickening display so far.

Did any of us really think our receivers would cut it and dominate this early? Lol

Who we blaming this year the organization? Yet another player? Fire yet another coach? Lol one day we'll wake up and realize the Rodgers experiment is long gone we watch now just to see him get mvps
